Not sure about the older volumes, but at least for what I worked on and know, the end of episode 10 of the anime is at the end of the Flat Out arc with Hiramoto (the guy who dumped his wife for an R), volume 5, chapter 53. Then the start of episode 11 skips straight to Reina driving with her...
