@icekatze As i understand it, Vivi can only drink a certain type of blood (which Kara has), tree mom is thanking Kara for staying with Vivi (as a source of blood), but asks if she will stay with Vivi for reasons other than just being her blood bag.

Small bit of basic advice for typesetting. Center align the text inside the bubbles, don't Left Align it. Thanks for giving a long dormant series some luv tho, always like seeing that.
