Well, it is a series about a mangaka who is really lazy and struggles to meet his deadlines, so it makes sense that the chapter titles would just be references to other notable series.

Minor Nitpick, this isn't Isekai, just a fantasy. This is basically a cute fluff series rather than a plot heavy one (not that there isn't a few moments of non-fluff seriousness).
She really really wanted Mellice as her Daughter-in-law, but as it turned out doing so would end up doing far more harm than good politically. So instead she set her sights on getting Mellice's daughter as her granddaughter-in-law.
