Yeah, this really isn't that great of a story. I don't know how it's so highly rated. None of the characters have any real personality and--like everyone else is saying--the main character is really too good to be sympathetic.

The premise started off REALLY good but it quickly turned generic. It's not bad, but I do think it started off really amazing and fell flat.

Now that it's over, I can give a full review. Great cooking manga with amazing art! The story is really good, but it's definitely one of those novel adaptations that doesn't finish the story. There's a lot of loose threads hanging at the end. Worth a read if you like cooking or isekai stories...

This would've been better without the smartphone. It's a gimmick that barely gets used. Overall, this is kind of bland as far as the genre goes, and the plot is really slow moving. Maybe it'll get better later on?

Shouldn't be tagged "Tragedy" as the ending is actually pretty happy. Starts off slow, but gets REALLY good in the middle/end. Also the story is really cute.

@darknesspker Sorry, late reply--so far there's one guy who's romantically into the MC. It seems like there'll only really be one love interest.

@darknesspker so far there isn't a harem. The summary isn't super accurate, or at least in one case it could mean "capturing their heart" in a non romantic way.

This is the best one so far out of the "I'm an otome villain" genre. Genuinely cute and the plot is interesting without being over dramatic.

Very cute, but do not read this if you're looking for any kind of happy romance for the gay characters. It's quite depressing from that perspective.
