The only difference is where or not the aggrieved person being "stolen from" is meant to be a Self-insert for the reader. and if you need to self insert into hentai....

They took the smartest character, the only one who can see through the overpowered Mary sue Mc, and reduced her to a total naive idiot in one chapter. It's impressive in a way.

@Takaflame He WAS a victim of bullying. Years ago. At a certain point, you have to be an adult and get on with your life and stop obsessing over this that happened years ago that you can't control. MCs a Scumbag too just not as bad as the other people(at least he isnt yet).

What's the point of him being half-orc if he's going to look EXACTLY like every other generic self insert anime/manga/light novel MC? Is it to give him a lazy reason to have some special MC powers that no one else has? I bet it is.
