Yeah, the whole point of this appears to be laughing at the Villainess' reactions. I'm not too sure how pacing matters. If you don't find it funny now then it'll probably continue to disappoint.

Her face has been slowly changing (compare chapter 1 to like chapter 29) but this was hugely different. Looks more like a small adult's face than a kid's now. Kind of creepy actually... any chance this is a late April Fools' joke?
This was better when it was a little girl learning about being a noble and getting along with her family. Also if it had stayed like that there wouldn't be all this arguing about shipping.
