the author does a ton of world building and fleshing out the world besides just the nazarick bunch that's what makes this series so good. Its slower pace sure but it makes it so much better then something shallow that has little to no build up and all side characters are generics.

this was where the WN originally ended and was left on a cliffhanger so i guess they just wanted to cut it off here or something. the sequel's artist seems to be the same person thankfully, i'd be a bit sad if we suddenly had another artist all of a sudden for the series.

the older art looks better imo, i guess by different route they just mean they'll insert more minor scenes here and there that weren't in the LN.

pretty sure it was partly meant as a joke i mean if he's going to scout her into the org he's either going to have to a disguise all the time or spar "to the death" with her because of their promise.

@sedition i've read the entire series and several arcs multiple times, you're literally taking small parts where character x praises harold and massively exaggerating it to say the author circlejerking it. Dude it's blatently obvious from the way you're talking you've only read the first 2 arcs...

@sedition that's your prerogative then don't read it, you're way exaggerating how the author writes harold to the point i'm questioning if you even actually read the series. The times his abilities are praised is from the viewpoint of another character and even then that's rarely even done...

and ofc the director of healing is probably the evil mastermind behind it all... guess he's been poisoning them all along the way or something and rip that guy he's making a potion for.

the WN's one of the better ones out there and what's out has already been completely translated. people who like this should really consider reading it since you're missing out on alot of funny bits due to harold's monologues/misunderstandings. I'm up to date on the Wn and the people who say it...
