I don't know if this is a bug, or intentionally removed, but I can no longer edit manga pages (edit summary, image, genre, etc) while I'm logged in. Or you've moved the button? It used to be in the "Actions" area, I believe. I can't see an edit option anywhere. This applies even to manga pages...
