I'm enjoying how the party isn't a harem situation. There's still the male wish fulfilment of traveling and fighting with 3 young women, but with mutual respect building instead of romance. Princess knight love interest is a nice touch, MCs oblivious actually matches his other personality traits.

@cillbosby right? A relationship doesn't suddenly end after a confession, yet romance mangas so often do. Admittedly, things do get more complex once your in a committed relationship so the story needs to adapt, but I'm looking forward to seeing them grow.
