It gotta be Yuki Kajiura for me. Almost of her soundtracks are amazing, especially the ones in Pandora Hearts and Madoka Magica. Honorable mention to Mili because of Goblin Slayer OP, although I've known them ever since Deemo.

A manga where the amount of male and female characters is not balanced. So any harrm and reverse harems. At the very least the ratio needs to be 2 or lower
