@ZdrytchX I would imagine that they would sound robotic in their respective speech pattern. So Cesca would say -deshou with robotic sound at the end. I mean that's the impression that I get when reading the novel and also because katakana is felt rigid when is being used that way imho.

@Cae they were done by other group who broke their affiliation with mangadex so they pulled all of their releases from the site. You can still read their works in their own website tho.
