The "extra" chapters appear to be just regular chapters; extra 99.1 appears to be chapter 37, 99.2 is 36, 99.3 is 39, etc., according to the table of contents on chapter 31, p4.

Someone dumped a bunch of chapters from Reborn here by mistake...it looks like they've been cleaned out, now.
