@Srkn This manga is actually fairly significant in the Touhou fandom since it singlehandedly created a fan following for Alice's dolls Shanghai and Hourai.

The adaptation is way better than the anime and even the novel in some parts.

@Soleilsky Unfortunately it's a meme because it was a bug in a recent update on the CN server. Handgun cooldowns can't go past 30%, but there was a bug that removed that limit, allowing you to reduce their cooldowns significantly.
