after waiting until the most recent chapters, i’m deciding to drop this. to future readers, if you want a complex, well written story, this isn’t for you. the dialogue and pacing seems very awkward, and the characters all seem very one dimensional with no deeper motives or level of thinking...

i think i might drop this, sadly the interesting spin on tea isn’t relied on so much in terms of a plot device. usually it’d be the characters that would carry next but the ML is pretty generic and the romance plot isn’t my type of spice. totally understandable if it’s enjoyable for other people...

although i genuinely enjoy the story, the “villain” role of beatrice (or the real raeliana) was a bit disappointing. it would’ve been nice to give her character more depth or explore more into her motives. not to mention, shes written to create so many flawed schemes, it would’ve been nice if...

@Manganime same, i was so disappointed when i found out :( there are going to be a lot of new manhwa in 2021 that DOES have ML’s of similar ages at least. although this story’s art is really good, there will be many more manhwas to look forward to!

@Manganime Yeah, the male lead is Tita...it’s basically a grooming story that changes their relationship from a maternal mother to a lover. I find this uncomfy asf so i’m dropping it but just a heads up to anyone who doesn’t know :)

@Commenter this is late, but no. i’ve read the novel and the ending is very brutal if not satisfying.

@RainRainDrop It’s not sniping. They aren’t building off from the others groups work and is starting from chapter 1. It’s a little shitty but it’s not sniping.

@ka-chan4 they’re not related but were raised as so. the two relation’s are of brothers and sisters thus does make this uncomfortable and an awful lot like incest.
