@Hollow7F The manga character design is based of the original LN illustrator and the anime is based on the new LN illustrator. For some weird reason after the third LN volume they decided to change illustrator and rerelease everything with the new (worse) illustrator.

@RecycledCabbage Sometimes Japanese series like to put an English title on their manga because it's "cool", but it usually results in Engrishy titles. Here is a link to a copy of the very Japanese book but you can see it has the English title on it.
