@5hinka you can check them in the official link in the manga page, tho it only let you read the first 2 chapters and latest 2 (40 and 41), so you were only able to check the missing chapters during the period of time they were up to read before a new one was available, or use the official app...

chapters are twice a month, like it said at end of previous chapter, this was a change in the publication and it stopped the parts thing, just check the raw site pocket.shonenmagazine, this chapter 32 is from june 3rd, and 33 is already available which came out on june 17th, so 34 gonna be out...

@MrFakOff that manga haven't had any new chapter since chapter 13.5 because of artist health problems, so is kind of in a weird status, they haven't called it a hiatus but changed to irregular updates, you could look in the comments of that manga for that info,
