Basically if you have ever used myanimelist.net, a feature close in concept to the "recommendation" at the bottom but better executed

A tab when at a manga title page where users can post manga similar to the one you are currently looking at, and the ability to rate that suggestion. And maybe if the rating gets to low say under a 5.00 after 5 ratings the suggestion is removed after to prevent it being cluttered.
