The tooltip for "Back" is: "Submit poll", and for "Poll" it's: "Back to forum". How to reproduce: simply click the "New Thread" button, and let your mouse cursor rest above said buttons. The buttons still do what their label implies, so it's a pretty minor bug, but it can be pretty confusing.
