Currently, the on-hover bar (to expand the sidebar) takes priority over the page bar. On chapters with a high number of pages, this can result in the right-most page(s) being inaccessible via the page bar.
The page bar should have priority over the on-hover bar.
Repro Steps:
- mousedown to go to next page
- mouseup such that the click is "cancelled" and not registered by the reader, e.g. by moving the cursor outside of the reader before releasing the click
- click to go to the previous page

- reader goes to the previous page
