I uploaded a title yesterday and reported it for a few corrections I forgot and to add tags (https://mangadex.org/thread/59966) I look at it today and the title has been switched from English to romaji and the description has been wiped out entirely for a copy/paste. Why?

I don't remember much, I'm afraid. It's about a boy who turned sixteen and his powers awaken, he has a red pendant or medallion, and a doggirl/catgirl comes to live with him. As a guardian, I think. I found it here, it's ecchi, and in English.

I uploaded two new titles: One about a week ago and one not too long ago. The first one, after posting, I saw that there were tags missing. I thought for sure they were checked but I figured that I didn't and reported it to be tagged. The second was definitely tagged and yet only the last tag took.
