As it currently is the groups you follow seem to only be sorted by their likes/follows where as the ability to make it sort based on most recent activity would be really beneficial to actually keeping up with what they do (if there already exists a way to do that I haven't been able to find it)

I decided to actually try following some groups that I read most of what they translate and put out and usually pick up new things they put out as well. I thought by following them I'd be able to see their updates in the follows tab either in manga updates or on the group page but other than...
