I'm so conflicted. Using the jaw titan as a nutcracker was one of the clever and metal as hell tactics that I love this manga for. On the other hand, leaving Jaw and Armor behind when they clearly could've been taken was 100% pure "we need to leave some plot for later, somehow". I'm hyped, and...
@Giblow20 Whichever way you slice it, this is probably a win for "Bidem", because even after all that preparation he would've forgotten what the hell he was doing in the middle of the oath, lol
@Akule Right? For people who remember what Edelgarde did just a few months ago, as well as how garbage their initial TL work was on the various series they sniped, it's hard to believe anyone could get upset about this. It's just the circle of life for low-quality snipers, lmao
I mean, that was cool, but also really dumb. Ripping someone in half by the jaw is quite a stretch even by Omega's standards. Usually this series has at least a nominal connection to real physics, yanno?
Kinda hard to get through this because of how Mao Mao feels so much more like a generic shoujo protag than the demented poison connoisseur that we know and love, a feeling compounded by the much more generic art. But I'm still willing to give it a chance, I guess.
