Edit: Found it; if anyone else is wondering, you just go to their group page and there should be a blatantly obvious "block" button there.
So, not only is the success rate of his status effect skills apparently 100%, it also lasts for a long period of time, can stack with each other, and resistances to any of these skills is apparently non-existent.
Edit: Oh, and there's no cast time other than saying the name.

Can we talk about how the man got 556 level-ups and, aside from Resistance, got a total of 538 stats points between three stats?
I get that Resistance went up ludicrously high but wtf, why did his other stats get so shafted?
I'm just confused as to why there's a sexual assault scene for a character that wasn't even a part of the series a few "chapters" ago.
It's weird. Why would you introduce a character this way in what was a wholesome manga that was primarily about cleaning?
