@zeltrax - Its actually kinda what I expect, this does feel like a jrpg after all, such plot twists are kinda the norm for the genre.

@forikorder It seems like the series isn't having a clear cut morality, he's probably only an arc villain.

@Hlz Its a decent power fantasy. Its above average, but its still just a shallow power fantasy. I'd say only read it if you're into that kind of thing

@akera93 As far as I can tell, translation to english didn't really start untill the anime brought this story to everyone's attention.

@lextender I think its a set up then pay off for a joke. Pacing for a manga like this tends to be rough as it comes out but works better once its completed. It feels justified.

@RIG It sucks, but these things happen more often than I'd like. Its a sure sign of burnout, from health problems or just getting worn down a lot of series have a drop off in page per chapter amounts and end up petering out without an ending. They tend to be good series too, which sucks.
