@pihip I won't disagree that it can be a bit odd, I guess the berserker nature also comes in with the idea of being an over-protective parent. Which can be kind of interesting in certain situations. Nightingale being berserkery about cleaning, and using things like hand-sanitizer, if anything I...
@pihip I assume you know that this version of her is also in the "phone game"? I feel like you more so meant compared to the version you can summon, you prefer this corrupted version summoned in this 1.5 chapter. Which I mean fair enough, though personally I enjoy both versions of her. I think...
Well as someone who loves Raikou's design, and thought this chapter was awesome, thank you so much for the translation! The art style continues to be unique and interesting.
@HermesPasser Apologies for the late 9 month later response, I hope you don't mind. Basically she was "polishing her gem", making her into a supposedly better exhibit. It's not logic that I and probably you would really understand, but it is pretty standard serial killer logic from what I know...
@relopokilolo Wait...what? The romance was "set-up" at the very start of the manga. The chapters before this only addressed and confirmed some of the feelings that have been there since the very start.
@Flintlighter16 @Forikorder Yeah it's pretty common for children to help out, even more so in certain countries. Chores and the like exist for a reason. She gets clothing, good food, and is highly loved. I very much doubt that she minds helping the professor out.
@1Boogaloo Yeah it's nice when authors know when to wrap up a romance. Romance is a genre that can get really stretched thin, very easily, in my opinion anyhow.
@_thestranger_ Main thing is that it's a fictional story, with fictional characters. People always spend so much time on these sites trying to say how wrong manga like this are, and ones with more "offensive" age gaps. Or worse, there are sometimes people that go on social media and harass the...
I really don't think the main girl being 19 is a big deal. I also don't think the author needs to be handed a card on how to be more "politically correct"....
@yamigosaya Right? She's also 19. So I genuinely don't see what the big deal would be. A lot of relationships in life have some kind of age gap, 5-10 years is pretty common from what I've seen. It's usually only middle-highschool dating where you're going to be either the same age or within 1-2...
