@HarunosSizee It means it's unpopular enough for the publishers to cancel their contract with the artist. They give them a deadline to finish the last few chapters and shut it down. Basically it's put on the chopping block, hence the term 'axed'.

Interesting premise, but the braindead harem ruined it.
