I don't understand the dislike for this arc. This manga began as wacky hijinks in the demon world with the serious bits still holding a trace of that humor. This arc is completely within the expectations of I've come to have for this story. I get wanting a more serious arc or perhaps something...

I'm glad we moved on from his dying roles. I love the premise and I felt it would've been a waste on the story if that was the focus for a long while.

People not liking this arc because it feels dragged is because the the subject isn't your preference and because y'all ain't used to a weekly format anymore.
