@givemersspls I consider myself pretty up to date with the times (since I stream and hang out around the internet primarily) but hell if I can keep up with all the shit that's constantly being spit out.
When people started talking about vines, tiktoks, dabs, and big chungus I was at a big loss...
I honestly think the author introducing the """""rival""""" character is why this ended so quickly, from the moment he got introduced you could almost feel the nosedive in quality and goodwill from fans.
And then even when he got called out for being a POS, he just doubled down on it but she...
I never knew I wanted Araki to draw Usugoi and Sako to draw Jojo so much until this very moment. I'm always super excited when authors I read love others authors I read.
Also seeing him jump off his motorcycle and avoiding the accident is so dumb but I love every moment of it.
I'll have you know, I don't blame entirely on my deck for losing...
I blame my opponent for being OP luckshitter who topdecks everything he needs at the just the right moment or just has every answer for me in his hand.
I also blame my deck too for drawing just mana/energy for 5 straight turns.
I can't tell if this is realistic in that women don't get nearly as punished as men for sexual assault, or if it's unrealistic. 🤔
I know Japan has this particular notion that men that don't take women up on their sexual advances are basically obligated to apologize or just seen as "unmanly"; to...
I've often seen annoying characters introduced to "cuck" the protagonist, but I don't think I've detested one as much as this one that isn't just outright raping someone.
Maybe it's lost in translation, but I'm not sure how exactly it's creepy to offer to take care of someone who is sick when they've done the same to you.
Then again, dense protagonist disease is a thing.
@Acolytus Feels more like Hachi Ichi, with the basic premise being almost the exact same but with art that is more standard of this era.
Also seemingly a "deeper" protagonist who has reasons not to get with every girl, unlike MC from Hachi Ichi which had none other than his own sensibilities.
It happened, there are actually females in this world that aren't titty monsters.
I thought the author might've been incapable of introducing flatties even with oneshot characters.
I like how rough the art is in this series, it's so sketchy and it sort of makes the pages just much more standout compared to the more mainstream mangas out there.
It's also refreshing to just see people just kind of being shitty but without being an overtly edgy series for the sake of being...
I find it funny how it was first a snipe war with LHtranslations and /a/ and now it's a snipe war going for /a/ too but with new spicy drama mixed in.
The snipe wars never end, and meanwhile other series never get touched.
I honestly thought this was an april fool's comic where the group uploaded a doujin for this chapter instead.
Holy fuck, she has lost all chill at this point.
As much of a jobber Minami is because she's just a debt collector with both her enforcers gone, I can't help but love her. She's so innocent and in love and her story arc was fantastic, even if she has -100% chance with Rokudo as long as Ranna exists I can't help but like her.
But at least now...
Ruka coming in like a hurricane as usual.
If nothing else I can appreciate that Ruka is always unapologetically Ruka at every single opportunity, and thus why I think she's best girl even if destined to sideline to rental gf.
@Flare3500 I think it's interesting how you think they're mutually exclusive.
But man do I regret reading this, it's like when you open a bag of potato chips and you weren't expecting it to be good or anything but at least passable but they're worse than you imagined.
But you thought you'd try...
