At this point I just hate everything this series does, but I keep reading because I want to see just how bad it gets.
Which is more than I can say for most series, I guess.
@BozMagic And like other people said before me: that's a completely different order.
A "repair" order is just that, repairing it to as close as possible to the previous state.
Honestly this had been obvious since they first explained Galahat's loyalty. I can't even simpatize with him for not seeing through such a painfully obvious ploy.
@versub
True, it felt like they kept introducing more characters to do the same thing. At the end Ravina even fell in love with Stella, like Ako.
But I feel like this is a pacing issue, there was basically no downtime between arcs when things started to happen, and the characters outside of...
"What will Mea do?"
No sir, she already did: she ruined everything by using shitty ice magic instead of the sleeping powder that would have solved the stupid situation.
As usual, Fushimi's words and actions don't line up.
What else am I supposed to expect from someone who avoided her childhood friend for years over some stupid shit he said to random people during gym class.
Torigoe: [tries to make things clear to cut it out with all this wishy-washy stuff] = "I'm so unfair."
Fushimi: [Literally refuses to acknowledge her intentions to anyone, plays mind games] = [gets everything she wants]
HMMMM
"I was hoping I could become like that with you one day" my ass.
So far we have an oblivious girl and a spineless guy who somehow got a degree in computer science, and somehow managed to live through middle school, high-school and university without learning what an otaku is - when his crush is one - and absolutely nothing about her hobbies when he's been...
@FredFriendly
I'm pretty sure the title is a mistranslation. Looking at the title, it looks more like "Nagisa monopolizes Taiyou" which has a very different connotation when compared against the story itself.
@Danwoo You know that's a good point.
But that's assuming the people wouldn't hunt them down and kill them all for something that may have had some truth to it. After all they heard the twins would bring calamity to "this village."
Regarding criminal activity: yes, piracy is bad. But usually...
Now you're just moving the goalposts. If she really wanted to go that badly, why not let their father know? Why did she have to lie and trick to increase his burden, ultimately leaving her sister by herself much sooner?
That right there is the biggest part of my issue. The road to Hell is paved...
@Forikorder
You seem to be missing the part where her sister said she was okay with it, though? You're also ignoring the added burden of failing to recognize one's own daughter. Remember: Ravina was only taken because she pretended to be her sister.
It would be something completely different...
@Forikorder
That's why I said him surviving was purely conjecture, my friend.
But loving them equally may as well have been the whole reason why he WOULDN'T have died, you see. If you have a child that would have a much harder time in an environment and another that would likely acclimate...
