I just realized that The Natural's mask gear reminds me of the armor Satan Cross and Suguru wore during their match, it works in a similar way with how it assists him with grabbing opponents or protecting him. This might be an intentional callback to that old fight.

I know how this story ends historically and so far it has been interesting to see this interpretation of events and figures.
