@Moraza Visual quality difference is immense and there's really no excuse considering these are digital raws. No need to filter whatsoever. It's also not just their english that's better. There are a bunch of lines that are simply wrong in this version. I'm fine with this chapter taking 3 weeks...

@Vykos They didn't hoard any releases and have been releasing constantly. They also released ch26 a day earlier than this group.

Literally why scanlate this? Another team is doing it already and just released ch26 a day ago. In much better quality even. This translation doesn't flow well and got a couple of things wrong, not to mention the horrible image quality. Why the hell are you blurring digital raws?!

@deleteTF Does it matter though? He's apparently never done collaborations before but suddenly he starts doing them on the same day the blocking feature gets implemented? I don't have to be a genius to realize his purpose in doing so is trolling.

Don't know that SSS guy since I don't read any of the series he sniped but do his actions actually result in the original scanlators dropping said mangas? Taking a quick look that seems to be the case for the Nyanko Days manga. I'd be pretty pissed if I read that series.

@StealthAria I know about the DDoS attack but if a page is 500kb instead of 1mb it'd definitely load quite a bit faster. As a matter of fact I wasn't able to load the entire chapter yesterday even after half an hour but other smaller releases were done after a few minutes. Compressing files...

@fresthy Thanks for the chap. But please take a short crash course in how to efficiently save png files. With mangadex loading slowly it becomes pretty obvious how abnormally huge the pages are. If you use correct saving options in photoshop you can probably make files almost 50% smaller with no...

@OneDeltaTenTango I know it wouldn't resolve the entire situation but wouldn't it at least lessen the burden on the servers, since no images would be served to them anymore? As long as the DDoS attack isn't too huge.
