This scene, watching all of these things from Casca's perspective is strangely eye-opening. She's an interesting character. Very nuanced, very intricate, like almost all characters in this manga. Muira is fantastic
Oh man. The three-legged hound dragging the coffin. This is full of so much horrible, sad, scary symbolism. That even though Casca is broken mentally, she's aware that Guts is protecting her and defending her physically.
Or is it that Guts is dragging her along, and she can't fight back? Who knows.
