@shanoc5902 the rank also determines how much a person increases their stats every level up. Touka is super high level but his stats are about on par with the S-rank classmates who are a lot lower in level.

@nyan-nyan2 when this was uploaded yesterday and then taken down, I looked at some of the really old comments and they said the whole series was on another site. I went to the other site and the last post for the series said it was cancelled by the author.
