Can the author please decide where to take his psyche already? At this point, Shuzo is just going back and forth with his mind and it's just frustrating. I know that's how a lot of abuse victims are but it feels like he/she is just drawing it out for no reason.
It just doesn't make sense if Seiichi is the one who did all those violent things because all of the mother's actions afterwards were still abusive. And then, if Seiichi really is the crazy one then the entire point of the series is meaningless since why should we believe anything that occurred...
@Max1996 Then don't read it then if you don't like the quality. Some translators are known for speed, while others are known for quality. I'm saying people are criticizing this translator simply for "having the audacity" for picking up the series rather than criticizing just the translation...
Can people please stop complaining about sniping and BSI already? I like and appreciate BSI but it's not like they own Detective Conan. If you want to remain loyal to them then go ahead but don't diss other translators.
@Flamebird What traits are you speaking of exactly? Melissa does not stalk anybody, does not pick fights unless another person brings a fight to her, and keeps open communication with Yuri instead of taking ownership of her. I also like how you just jump to calling someone a hypocrite without...
@Yuwenn They really are out in full force after this chapter. If you look in the comments for the overall series, you'll see a guy who says Melissa is treating the MLs too harshly instead of taking the time to teach them in a nice manner. You know, like how "proper" women should. This is exactly...
@KindlyUrKing Lol I don't think expecting FLs to be saints is a respectable preference at all. That's also one of the tropes that needs to be destroyed. It's about time we had realistic females who don't take shit. Why should they? If you give shit, expect to get shit back. Why aren't women...
@ktmaa Unfortunately, based on the comments, a lot of people think Melissa was too harsh on Jake. They don't know how scary it is to be a woman sometimes.
@powerneed Stalking is not benign. We know Jake wasn't particularly dangerous because we know his character. But can you imagine if you had a stalker? It's incredibly scary.
@Flamebird She did teach him a lesson though, she was showing him how horrible his behavior was by treating him the same way. There is also no obligation that she should do it in a nice way. All the men she's confronted have treated her like shit. The prince was openly cheating on her but still...
I started reading this series because of it's interesting premise description but it's turning out to be a whole lot of nothing. I still can't really say what the story is about other than a retired female knight trying to live her days out in peace while running into the MLs from time to time...
@SoulOverCaos That is actually a pretty good explanation of her rationale. It's just really frustrating seeing the story hash over the same concepts of Dan-I constantly afraid of disappearing, not believing the MLs are in love with her, or mis-communicating with her friends. I also wish they...
@Cloverfr and @SoulOverCaos I think not taking people's feeling seriously is even worse than being oblivious. She really did Jiho dirty, just be upfront with someone if you don't want to accept their confession. I understand why she wouldn't want to date someone if she's at risk of disappearing...
Was really hooked at first especially due to the existential themes, but is now just frustrating due to how dense the female lead is. She is such a stereotypical MF where she doesn't notice any of the ML's affections, and it is so bad to the point where they will literally confess to her and she...
Blatant ripoff of Cheating Men Must Die without any of the charm. Part of the draw of Cheating Men Must Die is that the antagonists are villains you love to hate, and it also pokes holes in terrible tropes. This series has neither of those things. The MCs of both series aren't comparable either...
