I feel like were getting close to a point like the Abashiri prison arc. However this looks like it will be crazier and I wouldn't be surprised if a handful of characters end of dying.

Hijikata is easily my favorite character in this series but because he's technically a villain and Is supposed to be dead by this point in history anyway It's logical to assume he isn't going to survive the end of this story. I just hope he makes it as close to the end as possible.

Ogata is easily one of my favorite villains in this series he's so messed up and unemotional even when killing his family. I also like that he never bought the shit Tsurumi would try to sell him unlike a lot of other characters in this series.
