Seeing as I did typeset ch 2(and redraw + typeset unreleased 3 and 4) i think it would be best to do the chapters, not typeset and redrawn so well... Its complete hell trying to do the SFX but if you can do the ones not done by me, that would be great just for readability's sake. Not saying to...
