As Kazakh isn't a language supported at moment, you can do something like this: select "other" language, and on the chapter name, you can write "name (қазақша)" (sorry, I have no idea which writing system is used on Kazakh officially).

It doesn't mean that if you use a browser for 15 years you can't change, the world change, some applications get obsolete, and they don't need to have support to an obsolete browser. The number of rejected tag is pretty impressive
