Thank you so much for your great work! I loved this manga and I wouldn't have been able to read it without your team. I can't believe they haven't released an official english translation of this, I may have to just buy the anime to support Asou and his crew.
I assume no one mentioned the free real estate line because as with most little memey lines, they tend to be added by the scanlators rather than in the original work. Who knows though?
Honestly, I don't really care for the author's little end notes. Especially since they tend to just explain the joke. Though in this instance, saying he knows everything about having a successful harem just ruins the whole dynamic.
Genuinely surprising. But I looked through the archive again and turns out, she refers to him as her boyfriend in at least one strip. So, bit of a retcon for the joke. You could assume she just said that to save face though.
