Definitely has potential, characters are a dumb though, after seeing that technology they still think he is cosplaying (if they had that technology wouldn't it be used more widely?). Art is great and the idea of an anime character saving them is interesting.

I'm enjoying the story so far however this MC is acting like hes actually 15. For someone who has "lived 2 lives" being op in both it, the MC should act more mature. It feels like the MC didn't earn his power and he just left his village op from the get go
