Aw come on people. He confessed. Mizuhara saw where it was going and fled the scene before he could finish. This is good progress.

@Jojeke and @Afiaki thank you for translating Chapters 25 and 26. This is a truly amazing manga. You can go from insane laughter to near tears within two pages. The author dances around isekai tropes, subverting them and playing them straight to get those reactions, masterfully.

This is a 8 or 8.25; it does not deserve the 6. The MC's motivation is unlikeable and he is also ugly. The unlikable motivation bit is actually his growth arc... I think a lot of people do not cut him any slack because he's also ugly. It's an interesting experiment on the main character, however.
