I will be using Polite Mangadex Download for now, how do I close thread?

Does anyone know a better software to download from here? I'm using HakuNeko, but it's getting outdated. Besides that, do you guys know if with the maintenance that happened yesterday, could I lower the "Throttle Requests" ms? Thanks, have a good day.
