@akira939 In general, BL magazines do not release weekly. Most are bi-monthly, others every 3-4 months. The most frequent you'd ever see a BL manga release is monthly.

It was Kye-sook in the anime, so the other group spelling his name that way had nothing to do with the raws they were using. That's the official spelling, even if it's odd.
