See, the thing about the premise of this story is that, since I know the MC has 10 more deaths after this one (and given the fact that Death - the character - is a bitch who sets him up to fail), it's pretty much a given that this kid is going to die somehow. Kind of ruins the suspense a bit...

The more I skim through this manga (I've stopped reading it, I only skim now), the more I get the feeling that it's going to have one of those really shitty, "Muh Ree-uh-lizum", bittersweet endings. It had nice start, though. I'll give it that much.
