I sympathize with Jacob. There's plenty of owners who mean well by spending a lot but team chemistry is important as well. This reminds me of early Manchester City before they eventually knuckled down. Hell, they should just get a better coach. Also having a life-long fan as an owner, it's pretty cool for the team.
