i think it looks like that at the end because of how bright the light from the demon's magic is

So as the Spade invasion is ongoing they sent some enemies to the enemy(Clover) capital to destroy things since all the strongest fighters are out, and basically making it so that when the fighting ends they can conquer Clover pretty easily as long as they can defeat the invaders, which they are pretty certain they can do easily...

That's a good plan actually.... o3o
