I'm 99% sure the movie is going for a foreign feel and supposed to be something along the lines of Londonderry Lovers...London Deli Lovers makes zero sense without explicitly being about two people literally falling in love in a deli. Also, I'm not sure where mangaka thinks Londonderry city/county really is...
