All the dicks dandering about the shops aimlessly taking up the aisles and standing in front of shit that are just out for the day with no where to be so if you happen to be in a hurry, know exactly what you want or god forbid are on your lunch hour from work you get held up by the pricks.

Same happens when driving. Got a 15 minute commute? Surprise soccer mom letting every asshole out at an intersection, feeling like she's doing her good deed for the day, completely oblivious to the 10 minute long backlog of traffic she's causing.
