Archieving marks is a s cheap as archieving bankai in bleach.
Once a move that only the strongest could archive, but once one get it, everyone get it

He did say that marks triggers marks. They even lumped them all together in relatively close proximity for that explicit purpose.

Plus bankai isn't easy. After the captains were introduced, you can count on one hand the number of "new" bankai.

And so far, except Tanjiro, only a handful of people got the mark and all of them are powerful Pillars but you talk like everyone got it. I can only count Mitsuri, Muichiro, Giyu and now Himejima have it.

Amazing fight with UM1 so far and Himejima doesn't disappoint as the strongest pillar. I like that his mark isn't on his face but his arms. I also wonder why he didn't want to use his mark now and save it for Muzan. It can't be a 1 time thing because Tokitou has used it before his fight with UM1. Maybe it has a lengthy cooldown period?
