@honingzoet no, only 2. A little sunshine stopped already. They made an announcement on their discord saying they had some misunderstandings but they dropped this already. It's just LonelyAF and wordexcerpt

There is nothing wrong with having more options, especially when chapters can be yeeted at any moment if a group wants to leave mangadex. Releasing chapters that have already been translated isn't sniping either, _{scanlation groups using secret alts stirring shi...} *ehem* "new scanlators" are often told to do this by people instead of trying to scanlate (terribly) unscanlated chapters that are already being scanlated by other groups.

Honestly, I don't get why anyone's complaining. WordExcerpt have started from chapter 1 so it's not really sniping. It's not ruining anything and I don't see a reason why the existing scanlators would be mad about it since WordExcerpt release slower than them so there's no lost views on their end.

@Hobnobs please explain this to me because I genuinely don’t understand. What’s the point of scanlating something that’s already being efficiently done by another group? I don’t really get the motivation of doing so and it just seems inefficient to do so. Not to say that the quality is good regardless
