Either the glasses guy must have talked pretty damn fast or the punch was slow as hell., especially considering how close he was at that point
 
He really should go get that bite checked out...getting bitten by a human is worse than with a rapid animal. Yikes.
 
These bouts are great, i don't mind waiting for the hero to appear last.
